Super Smoothies: One-Hundred Husband Tonic

This super smoothie is made up of all crucial ingredients for potency, taste and texture. The five critical ingredients included for boosting our libidos are the following:
Shatavari - The Ayurvedic super herb Shatavari, translates to "having one hundred husbands", is renowned as a libido enhancing qualities. High in antioxidants, it assists the immune system, balances female hormones and works as an aphrodisiac for women. It increases blood flow towards the female genitals, enhancing sexual sensation, sensitivity and increases lubrication.

Ingredients:

Five organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)

A small handful of organic almonds
One teaspoon organic bush honey
One cup organic almond milk
1/2 organic banana
A dash of organic ginger
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a nutribullet until smooth. Water or more mylk can be added to create a different consistency if preferred.
